Fabia Silva is an advocate of the powerful alliance between humans and technology to transform communities. Fabia is an accomplished entrepreneur, with experience in the creation and strategy of diverse corporate models. For more than two decades, Fabia has been dedicated to empowering companies for internationalization in both Europe and Brazil. In addition, Fabia has founded, managed and mentored successful companies in various fields such as architecture, gastronomy, fashion and, now, educational technology. She is an active promoter and speaker on business strategy, branding, purpose-driven innovation, as well as diversity, inclusion, equity and women's empowerment.

Fabia is currently a founding partner and CEO of Dronak, a technology company based in Bilbao, Spain. Dronak's mission is to transform communities around the world by harnessing the creativity and ingenuity of humans with the power of technology, more specifically drones and robotics to produce accessible, adaptive and sustainable solutions. Dronak is committed to helping to build healthier, safer, more efficient and prosperous cities, businesses, industries and countries.

Under her leadership, Dronak is developing an innovative spin-off in the EdTech industry: Nexonfy, an organization that promotes future technology education with ethical values on disruptive technologies such as robotics, drones, AI and others, through an online platform and educational tools or kits for children and adults. With its strategy based on empowering people, innovating with principles and sustainability, Dronak has received more than 17 national and international awards since its creation, in the areas of; innovation, business model, excellence and commitment to diversity, inclusion, equality and sustainability within the field of technology startups specialized in unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).

Fabia Silva is also a global advocate for empowerment, value-based technologies and environmental stewardship. She also represents the collective of women leaders in various foundations as she has recently been elected Woman of Reference of Spain by the High Commissioner Spain Entrepreneurial Nation and is currently in the TOP 100 of the Ranking of Innovative and Disruptive Leaders internationally. Fabia, in her last 8 years as CEO of Dronak, has experienced deep learning in the world of robotics and drones. At the beginning of her journey at Dronak, she tirelessly immersed herself in the knowledge of technologies linked to Remotely Piloted or Autonomous Robotics (RPR-A) and Drones. It was in the second year of his company that she chose to expand the RPR-A offering not only in the aeronautical field, but also in the maritime and terrestrial fields. In addition, her encounter with the widespread practice in the technological field known as planned obsolescence led her to conceive a new business model to combat this problem.

Fabia is a living testimony that perseverance and the desire to learn can lead to the exploration of sectors very different from those one might have studied at university. Thus, she becomes an inspiring example of a paradigm shift in the acquisition of knowledge, providing motivation to those who wish to venture into areas other than their academic training.

In the last few years, Fabia has delved deeply into artificial intelligence (AI) and has become passionate about the countless possibilities that this powerful tool offers in various fields. With the advent of technologies such as Chat GPT, AI became a regular part of her work. To date, she has invested many hours in its use, gaining experience and knowledge within the vast world of AI. She has mapped more than 2,000 AI's in her areas of expertise. With this background in mind, she has been lecturing and developing training courses for users in the academic, professional, business and personal fields. Her focus is on the application of ethical and sustainable values, with the aim of empowering people to make an effective and responsible use of these tools, thus contributing to the welfare, development of society and the care of our planet.
